Megan Haag-Fisk

Megan Haag-Fisk (she/her) is the Service Manager at Kites Trust, providing leadership, guidance, and support to our peer specialist service delivery team. She is an experienced social worker with a deep passion for working alongside Tāngata Whai Ora, engaging with the community, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Bringing her professional training from New York City back home to Pōneke has been an absolute dream for Megan. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to build genuine, trusting connections with people from diverse backgrounds, grounded in a Tiriti‑led approach that prioritises inclusivity and equity.

Beyond her commitment to social justice and community wellbeing, Megan loves roller derby, spending time with her whānau, and exploring new creations in the kitchen.
